in the month of april the full moon is called “pink moon” (an early spring flower called “moss pink” started to bloom). i googled the flower and found out that we have a similar postage stamp which really fits this bloom very well. on friday (after an odyssey of 7 seven weeks) i got wonderful mail from patty (thank you so much!!), including a magazine with this wonderful photo of a young native american girl – which was perfect for this layout.

I’m really enjoying your moon series. This one is so pretty, and full of symbolism and meaning. Excellent choices you’ve made to illustrate the pink moon. Isn’t it wonderful how things come together to create the whole, such as the image of the Native American girl arriving with your mail.
