the meadows are full of poppies these days and we have a gorgeous line of postal stamps here in germany picturing flowers… so what would be more obvious…
stamps are from stampington (poppy seedheads) and ma vinci.

I normally associate poppies with July/August, but have seen loads already in flower, now in early June!
