I love these plants too..Think they are called Physallis…however you rarely see them growing..at least I don’t! Lovely shot.

I have the lanterns growing in my garden too (they are quite invasive aren’t they)
a lovely shade of orange.
I miss these so much! We had them in our garden in VT. I still have some dried ones that I bring out every autumn and handling very carefully. Love your photo, Johanna! Thanks for sharing!

I photographed green laterns earlier on, but these vibrant orange ones looks great. I love your texture work, the backgroun is wonderfully making the lantern sound out even more. A great job!
