thinking back and forth… but time is short these days and i think the theme is not really mine… (i´m not really that cute like a button-type, i´m afraid…)
so i went through some older works and found these fabrics:
one button is a chalkboard, one a pencil, and there are three tiny ones (too tiny to sew, had to glue them) on the hat of that little one…

hab hin und her überlegt… aber die zeit ist knapp dieser tage und das thema ist auch nicht so recht meins (ich bin nicht der süß-wie-ein-knopf-typ, fürchte ich…)
aber ich durchforstete mal meine +/- älteren sachen und fand diese stoffwerke:
ein knopf ist hier eine schultafel, einer ein bleistift und die drei winzigen auf dem hut sind so klein, dass ich sie nicht aufnähen konnte, sondern kleben musste…
wieso ich solche knöpfe überhaupt habe? ich hatte eine phase absoluter strickwut, als meine kinder klein waren und brauchte dafür natürlich passendes zubehör… dem konnte geholfen werden, dank ludwig-beck-am-rathauseck in münchen… noch heute hab ich jede menge entsprechendes knopfmaterial… nur stricke ich heute überhaupt nicht mehr wegen mehrfacher sehnenscheiden-entzündungen.
and for the odder taste: at this arch are 3 fish-buttons of mother-of-pearl.

und wer´s ein bisschen schräger verträgt: auf diesem stoffbogen sind drei perlmutt-fischknöpfe.
