on pantomusicals.uk i found a poster with this dracula and some bats, which i edited and also took as a base for the faux postage.
the background of the journal page is sprayed and stamped.

again some bookmarks, this time with the bird theme.
i love all these birds, but one of my favorites is the hoopoe, a colorful bird with a distinctive ‘crown’ of feathers. the stamp with his picture is custom made. therefore i used it´s swedish name härfågel, which i like especially.

the only invitation i can send out is to visit me in my garden…
the kitchen is in the middle stage of renovation and i do not have water on the ground floor, so i can´t work with ink, paint etc. – only digital works are possible.
in two weeks the mess will be over and i hope to have a wonderful new kitchen!!

bookmarks
i decided to make bookmarks from the papers i dyed on sunday… the colors are soaked through, so the backside is colorful, too (and not as smeary as my card backsites often are…)
as the paper is quite lightweight, i laminated the bookmarks and maybe will add a string on top. maybe.
i also thought it was time to slaughter one of my old zoology books (not copying any longer, things must be used…)
and adding postal stamps always is a favorite choice – so this is good for the three muses, too…
wollte mal wieder lesezeichen machen, das gefärbte brillenputztuch-papier vom sonntag ist ideal dafür. das hat sich nämlich auf die rückseite durchgefärbt (sonst hab ich immer das problem, dass meine karten hinten vollgesaut sind). da es relativ dünn ist, hab ich es laminiert und vielleicht werde ich oben auch noch loch mit bändel hinmachen. mal sehen.
außerdem musste jetzt mal endlich ein altes zoologiebuch dran glauben, nix mehr kopieren, das zeug muss aufgebraucht werden… und briefmarken verwende ich sowieso gerne, also qualifiziert sich das ganze auch noch für das wochenthema bei den 3 musen…
